Tipping
Tipping is not one rule, so these are not one calculator
A restaurant tip is a percentage. A mover tip is per person per day. A hotel housekeeping tip is per night, and it is not the same tip if you stayed four nights as if you stayed one. A holiday tip for someone who has worked for you for six years is a different question again.
So each tool here follows the structure its own situation actually uses, rather than bending every case into a percentage. The baseline comes from a source we name; anything we decided ourselves is marked house judgment and appears as its own line, not folded silently into the total.
The December list, one line per person — mail carrier, doorman, housekeeper, dog walker, trash crew, stylist. Every amount inside a range Emily Post publishes, and the carrier line inside the federal rule that bans cash.
