- Corrections. A baseline that has gone out of date, or a source that has published a newer figure. Tell us the tool and the number — we would rather fix it than defend it.
- Arguments with the model. An adjustment you think is wrong, or one you think is missing. The Kindhow Scale is published precisely so it can be argued with, and this is the most useful mail we get.
- General questions. Questions about how the site works or how to apply something on it to your situation.
Response time
There is no service-level promise here — this is a small operation, run by one person. Everything gets read, and corrections get looked at first.
